I didnt receive the email but reading it, it sounds like just another theory used by many to justify underperforming assets. Maybe you can suppress a share performing badly or with low volumes but A1M does not fit this picture. Their SP is recovering, copper & gold going up, making profits and developing to head towards a mid tier copper producer. If the big boys are buying, it will push the company SP up. If they are selling to supress, it will get vaccummed up at a bargain and they will lose money. Shares traded each day has massively increased over the last couple of years which makes manipulation harder. Management have such a large stake in A1M (and still buying), i would find it incredibly unlikely that the management would recommend and vote for a takeover unless the price was exceptionally compelling. MANAGEMENT KNOW THAT THEY HAVE OWNERSHIP IN AN OUTSTANDING COMPANY, they are not going to give it away.
