I fully understand what you are saying, but,IMO, it's MUCH more complex than that, and what gustavo01 has stated is much more to the point than the fundamental operation of shorts. Much more, and It's been going on for 2 whole years, the same person. The same very vindictive person and he's already had at least one huge win!!!
