    Am I right in thinking too that if certain conditons aren't met in the original EPL then the right for a renewal can be declined? I'm no expert but scan read the legislation on the Ministry of Mines and Energy Site. If the previous owners and now MLS haven't fulfilled what was agreed could that be a route for the Minister to decline?

    Just a though, albeit negative I appreciate. I sincerely hope I'm wrong and would appreciate someone to tell me so.
