I note roughly 15 million of 50 million 3.6 cent options (exp mid 2012) have been converted very recently.
See ASX announcement on 29 June 2010:
"Newera Uranium Limited (ASX: NRU) is pleased to announce it has completed the final tranche of the placement announced to ASX on
The placement is pursuant to an agreement with Cygnet Capital Pty Ltd and Subiaco Capital Pty Ltd to raise $990,000 by way of a placement of 55,000,000 shares at 1.8 cents per share along with one free attaching option (3.6c, June 2012) for every two shares allotted under the placement."
Obviously during news flow is when these 'cheap' shares and free attaching options can be bled back into the market at a tidy (aggregate 100-300%) profit for less than a year of holding.
I post by way of thinking out loud as to my best entry point for NRU. I am thinking the SP will drift and depress despite news over the next 6 months.
An educated guess is all (or uneducated depending on your view point.
Cheers to the unsophisticated.
