They usually give sensitivities. I think just use 30% of spot NPV. But I think spot post tax NPV will be ~$1.2bn give or take.
But that still gives 50% upside from here. Realistically no-one is going to offer a takeover offer at much more than that at this point IMO.
Would also work out to around $200/oz which is up there for transactions too. Although probably fair - $100 used to be the yardstick but gold was half where it is now so makes sense.
