This is an interesting company I've only just started digging into, but it seems strange to boast about how "tightly held" the register is on a stock that's down -11% (1Y), -34% (2Y) and -35% (5Y). Are you saying it would have been far worse had the stock been more liquid?
4W average volume is 277K or ~$3.3M per day which seems very reasonable for a $600M company. I hold a similar-sized software company and 4W average volume is $1.1M.
