I’d buy the whole thing @ $2.85 if I could convince a lender, which at that price i could as far as layers of uncertainty go DGT is hardly an onion, try deciphering MQG, CGF, QBE, MIN… or the assumptions on nearly every growth stock, not to mention predicting commodity prices & forex I’m as clueless as nearly everyone else on all that, ultimately we’re all mushrooms in a manipulated bipolar game DGT is just property in the depressive stage, even for my simple understanding that seems pretty compelling but by no means certain
