hi all. I assume this placement is just that a placement. not an offer. as my broker never received anything with regard to sophisticated investor's participation
furthermore I assume that being a placement funds will probably peel a few shares off once they hit the boards given they have a 20% return or will they time some drill results or release some resources estimate guidance at the same time ?
we have seen some brilliant appreciation this past while. and just wondering if this placement will put too much downwards pressure on the SP.
thoughts ?
