In my opinion, that makes every post you have made about "legal challenges" unsubstantiated. That is a breach of HC ToU.
The rest of your posts are, in my opinion, comprised of downramping, unlicenced advice, defamation, and ofcourse, baiting. You never provide evidence to back your claims, and I have never seen you post evidence of your licence to provide advice on dealing in securities.
I do not understand how Hotcopper allows you to continuously breach ToU.
