I think consolidation is not an 'if' but a 'when' now DRE have done yet another CR. Consolidation for my holdings has never worked. Its the only explanation I can see for raising so soon after the last one. When they consolidate, which I feel will now be just round the corner (IMO), and if true to form with other stocks that have done the same, the price will drop, lower than this level (in real money I mean).
It's a sh1tty prospect, but if, like myself, you are in the red presently then we've got to hold long term and see what transpires with all these new tenements. Dean may not be the honest person we had all hoped for IMO.
