I struggle to understand you mean sorry airman...
are you saying he can steal the treasury? (very unlikely as this would be a crime)
or he buys the remaining shareholders out? (this is the only option I see as plausible if he has the cash, and the price is right)...
not sure I understand how he gains control of the digital assets for himself in any other way
