An excellent rebuttal Crystaltrade. I do hope Holcim chooses to take a significant cornerstone position in EDE,rather than an 'el cheapo' takeover. They obviously recognise the benefits of the Edencrete admixes and are planning to use it appropriately everywhere.They will NOT let any other rival company take over or send EDE broke,in my view.A wind up of EDE would result in a bidding war for the IP.Why would they want that when they can own it? My feeling is as soon as EDE moves into certain profitability,they will move to acquire it.Or at least control it.
My question is; what will we long suffering and patient shareholders get out of it? Hopefully a somewhat better share price or maybe a few shares in Holcim?Well,one can dream.
