Cmon Fanta !!!! That’s crap!!! He’s the Final JA on the decision, rest is history, the law is another story for Pep11 that will take years to tell as always, and then If needed Pep11 will have to deal with the environmental factor of drilling in one of the most Populous and affluent areas of Australia, this is the final nail in Pep11,s coffin so I’ve been told, but imo it will never need to be played imo, the decision has been made by the Federal Government to deny Pep11, because it’s what the electorate and state of NSW want, and they have backed it up with 2000 pages of reasons, that alone will take years to work through as we all know, it’s just how lawyers roll sadly.
And it’s certainly not Scomo Pep11 is dealing with in 2025/26/27 in court, it’s a organised Federally and State elected government, and not some rouge, prescription drugged up fool!!!
