re: Ann: Mt Marion Lithium - Receipt of Final... Cap raising to fund the new purchase? Ridiculous IMO. That would be quite devastating diluting the company by almost 20%. Our share price is not high enough to do anywhere near a full cap raising for the funds necessary for the 26mil purchase. The company managers would never allow something like this to happen and if it does it will never get voted through and if that happens then people will get fired. Which, obviously they don't want so imo a cap raising will not be held to raise 26mil.
RDR is in quite a good position atm with a mine about to come online. 2 other projects on the way within the year and now a gold facility with gold prices pretty darn high. Debt is where it's at and I'm sure there will be at least a few companies willing to lend us money.
