I just don't know about a takeover tho. It can't be hostile due to the companies structure and I just can't see the Solomons taking less than what they think the company is worth. Which would be much higher than any offer.

I saw an old post of yours last night of a great phone conversation you had with Greg a few yrs ago. The frustration he had for how slowly things move in the industry. The numerous promising avenues he/you couldn't talk about etc. Imagine what he is sitting on now that EdenCrete O paved the way for Pz/7?

My call is Greg can see the finish line. They got Eden India to cash flow positive. They have mentioned it for Eden US a few times. They understand the need to invest to grow. I reckon to the insider with full information, the sale of the property is a go even though delayed and the amount of sales figures floating around justifies their confidence. And those sales figures are from many companies that are interested, big and small. EdenCrete is becoming it's own category, not a secret sauce for 1 company.
