    Personally I think it disgraceful that they r basically bulling shareholders into accepting the offer with the statement that they will have a capital raising and this may dilute your holdings. I received a phone call yesterday with a women representing the company saying this to me, I find it offensive and will not be pushed into accepting the offer.
