It does not indicate. However in prior presentations it does appear that QPM have inferred they would prefer to have dispatch rights for electricity but not maintain ownership of the plant (think a few webinars ago). I’m thinking along the lines of the upcoming TPS agreement, whereby it’s a shared agreement/JV kinda thing.
