It's not a curse. Just a bunch of inept people taking the unsuspecting shareholders for a ride (aka, a lifestyle company). Been like that for the last 4-5 years now, and it ain't gonna change.
OAR 2.0 might be doing two consolidations in 6 months by the looks of it, an absolute and utter spit in the shareholder's face. An all-time low every week is a sign of what's ahead, and so is the 5-year chart. The final target: delisted.com
