I just saw this thread, but commented on the share sale on the other thread- I should have known you OZL's would be onto it. Perhaps OZL will be selling out of their strategic investments in other companies- haivng them often just lead to takeover rumour, and OZL probably gets sick of it. Removing itself from a share registry makes things less complex, imo. Also, RCO went up today- probably on news of the sale- all good. Passive strategic investments can act as a blocking stake to corporate action, and companies like to avoid that, from what I've seen.
