Unless they have material news in the meantime updates are usually reserved for quarterlies, its standard practice for most companies and its why we have quarterlies. The next one is about 4-5 weeks away and in 4-5 weeks they will likely have an even better handle on where things stand but it will take the time it takes regardless and will always be a best guess not a fixed date.
You don't need to make contact with the investor relations team its not hard to figure out if you think about it....
