I posed the question to Tim about Belfast running the Makuutu MREC and thats a definite not possible, there are a lot more steps to turning MREC into Oxide essentially different plants required , only last couple of steps are the same, that's why Brazil will have two Demo plants side by side, one Refineing into Oxide and one for Recycling into Oxide.
