Fastest Battery opportunities

From the last Qrtly - ended dec 2024.

-Progress on commercial discussions with Wyon with Brisbane site visit by technicalrepresentative - We assume wyon have been talking commercial for 12 months - surely they know by now that our technology is the way to move forward - I would have thought after 4 months whether it's yay or nay with them - should we tell them time to move on and focus on one of the other 200 opportunities - almost flogging a dead horse with wyon ( almost sounds like they are trying to steal our IP)

-Evaluations of Anteo X™ by a leading advanced chemistry company are underway and areprogressing along their planned testing schedules with evaluation outcomes expected during2H FY2025 - Apr-May-Jun so we should have an outcome by end of June then months of commercial discussions.

-Development work regarding Anteo X™’s ability to further stabilise separator coatings toenhance battery safety is demonstrating good results. Pending further validation the Companywill target a commercial agreement.

-Consumer electronics opportunity progressed, and proposal submitted - Should we have a yay or nay by now - it's been over 3 months?

- Parallel evaluations by a North American Carbon Nano Tube manufacturer are underway andprogressing as planned - who knows when we'll see an agreement

Looking at the above battery opportunities the only near hope I can see is the consume electronics company has been progressed and they have a proposal/I'm hoping this is a commercial agreement.

end dec we had $7.4 million in cash - cash roughly till end of 3rd qtr ( not including life science opps and sales).

The way it's looking we are still in the valley of death for commercialisation which equals $$$ and more $$$ spend - David needs to pull a rabbit out of a hat otherwise Hawkesbury vultures will come a knocking.
