Script deal.
Look at RMS share price.
Divide that by 0.675 ( the script deal )
and 25c as cash component offered.
Give or take a cent, thats what the share price of SPR will be.
If merger goes through, SH wont get cash as such ( just 0.675 RMS shares and 25c)
Till then enjoy the ride and sell the shares on the open market if you want.
