No less than Sir David Attenborough has documented how the aborigines easily dealt with sea level rise around the GBR over the last 10,000 years.
Indeed, the GBR arguably only exists due to sea level rise. It simply rose with it. Storm damage helps the GBR to rise with sea level rise as well. But the truly ignorant fearmongers try to claim storm damage is a problem.
