This reptile is facing a staggering population decline due to threats from coral bleaching from rising sea temperatures.
Through fieldwork, including boat-based surveys, environmental DNA sampling, and underwater video monitoring, we aim to uncover more about these incredible creatures to help shape future conservation efforts and protect their future.
