Sorry but I have to disagree. Nasdaq is very significant because MR
has shown ST the door and Nasdaq is his next friend. While it seems noble to say we don't need Nasdaq, but the reality is we do need it. It is
avenue that can re-rate PRR to its true worth. Like you say 50c i agree, this will allow prr to seek additional funding with less dilution. By listing on Nasdaq it will also bring prr more credibility, open more doors and provide shareholders with greater levels of confidence.
