my take is the shorters are stuck until the price of gold drops $2000 aussie or $1300US , they are now close too half a billion in the hole and with Trump putting Tariffs on everything the only safe haven is gold . The price is not going to fall most investment houses see it rising to $3500US . A good quarterly sees the SP on the way to $4 plus and shorters either leaving slowly or we have a US style gamestop but can't see this happening just yet.Just my thoughts
