You were wrong - plain and simple. Escrow is the only way to restrict shares - because the "shares" are held by a 3rd party. It is very easy for most people to understand but, appears to be beyond you.
"agreed" means a big fat zero - nothing was published to the ASX and "agreed" does not equate to an "agreement", just AGY jibber jabba words or word salad as others call it.
I can read - so don't need you posting more garbage / made up facts to suit your agenda.
