    We had similar news about a year or so ago from ABM (BLTH ticker), ABM also have no money and have been trying to setup SPAC agreements in the US, just like last time it amounted to ZERO, and we have comments on that at the time here, sorry I can't find them atm.

    Who knows if this is just a repeat of last time
