Yep, not a great look. Insiders don’t typically leave to “pursue other opportunities” when a company is on the brink of securing a game-changing funding deal or making significant development progress. IMO the CFO’s departure is pretty telling, especially with likely less than A$5 million left in the bank. It doesn’t seem like a coincidence that the person responsible for capital structure and funding chose to exit right as the share price hit multi-year lows and the company’s cash reserves were nearly depleted.
