You can quote your winners but not your losses but this thread is not about those things. Your gain on SPR is done but if not realised, it is subject to potential retracement from holding RMS - and that is what I am talking about.
There will always be exemptions as I mentioned before but if you must Buy and Hold knowingly what is to come, then be prepared to weather the storm. And if your holding isn’t material enough to cause hurt, then there’s really nothing to talk about.
