I'm not so sure about that.
The ATO have an unusual priority status, but they don't list as a secured loan.
I just wonder how keen any lender might be to finance a vehicle or business-related machine with the understanding the ATO will jump the que and override their secured loan in the event the borrower becomes insolvent.
