If Black Swan 2 occurs, then I hope Russia (or China for that matter) supplies early satellite based confirmation to Iran as soon as the B2's leave Diego Garcia.
Then, with the same military tactics that Israel uses (ie - pre-emptive activity), I hope Iran unloads every bit of ordinance it has - most especially its hypersonic weapons - at all of its selected targets. It could be easily accepted as being "pre-emptive defence". They would have nothing to lose.
