dodgy directors How can some still be the director of a company and act in the best interests of Shareholders when there is a director who does not hold one single share in the company. Vaz H has been selling for ages and the last lot of 11m shares was sold at 1.6c (he got out just in time).

I put it to each of you HC posters to ring the company and ask how this can be so.

I would also like to find out how much support there is to call an extraordinary GM to vote to oust this director Vaz H.
