Apologies, talking to myself here. Stumbled across an answer of sorts to my own question from a DYL quarterly.
DYL ceasing engagement with Marenica says to me that they can't build a plant using the technology without out the fees set out in the supposed 'binding' agreement. So DYL about to build a plant next door to Koppies without upgrade? A bit of a grey area, to me that means 1 of 2 things either they see no value in upgrade, or they think they can get their hands on it a cheaper way without having to pay $4.80/pound USD for every pound they ever produce from a Namibian deposit using the technology - i.e takeover? Better take us over bloody soon then before you decide how big your foundations need to be I guess. Can you sort something out please Scott.
