That sounds a bit mad. The company has $113 mil in the bank and owes $200 mil. Betchya the lion's share of the $113 mil is committed to staff and contractors. If the PO ender tips it over it's because the product is a dud. Both sides of the table want it to work out and Regal the third wheel wants to be greedy. Prolly has nil skin in the game but.
