    Delisting is a long way beyond a suspension and involves the company having gone broke or unspeakable act/s or dereliction committed by the Board. Shorts will book their full profits and not be required to replace their borrowed stock if the company tips over. That will be a long time, but they will have to pay borrowing costs in the meantime, which in all likelihood may be forgiven
