So the gross cash from this would be $10.5m-$24m in Gross Cash flow per annum for 20-30yrs unbelievable when you consider the current $7m Market Cap BUT the big question here is the COST of getting the Potash out of the ground
But I agree with the current Market Cap of $7m there is plenty of upside if a profitable production scenario can be achieved
