Mate have family members that work there in managerial positions I know what am saying lol Don't kid yourself thinking their profits are down - supermarkets would have offshore accounts to siphon profits too to escape ATO (Aldi an example as minimal tax if any they pay).
It's like Australia post claiming business is weak as justification to increase cost of a stamp & parcel delivery etc. whilst tier 1 managers within their business are pocketing millions. Your top level management across corporate organizations in Australia have never made so much money. They are super greedy. I've worked & held such positions know what I'm talking about. Banks & Insurance another example just rampant with greed.
