It does beg the question, if these highly credentialed executives can't attract capital, or contracts then the risk has just gone a up a few notches. Maybe it takes a few $$ off the balance sheet, a relative pittance if they had been able to attract commercial deals. Conversely is it an admission ADO is out of the running in these sectors and being left behind?
