Someone was clearly expecting something different or better news. For weeks, there has been a seller or sellers keeping the price from breaking out, and yet announcements like this show the roll out going well and an extremely positive webinar a few days ago, all of which says to me that there's a large holder exiting a position for whatever reason, which, when exhausted, will allow the break to occur.
Time for a few more down here IMO
