One thing to be wary about with all this data is that these are developers & they don't have existing full scale production statistics so I'm using their PFS's and other statements to use for future production estimates. You know they always put the best case forward.
Even if you heavily discount their production estimates, there is still good upside in these near-term developers. IMO
