I am bamboozled at the current weakness and the underlying reasons. All I can say is it looks like a big swag of money is going to have to be played against the contractors for breach of contract. That leaves a cloud over the company however they seem to be getting on with it as they have near completed the construction with outside contractor. This of course will cost considerably more and until we know that the uncertainty reigns. I want more at these low prices but am hesitant until the smoke clears, it would only be a complete punt from here though.
