    Well, what a tortured life this BCK chart has had! Couldn't find a charting thread anywhere

    Certainly looks to be in the value zone (at all time low/s) & so is a good candidate for a Bottom Pick.

    Daily chart: May be a tad early but could still perform a pump and dump ......
