why wouldn't it be manipulation ?The only interests at work are those to keep the price subdued , be it by the bidders and/or their disciples looking for easier acceptance of an offer with the s/p being low and /or big players looking for a buck a share profit , gaining by the " fear " sells , ( the market must know something well used furfie ? - has now become accepted ?) and having a few weeks to play games with . The bidders had an initial positive view of IFL to make bids which have been increased after there secondary info session's , so they have obviously liked what they have seen so far . The bids can be revised up or down or not be accepted but at this point in time it looks positive. In whose interest is there for the price to be higher a.t.m ?, nobody I can see . imho.
