Hmmmm. I really don't know what to say to that question.
What I will say is that I really like Justice Jackson's court orders. The timetable requires the ALP to provide the court with all the information that Ed Husic relied on to make his decision. This is a great result for Advent and SH. Then there is nice break to enable the next Resources Minister to be sworn in, then it is crunch time in June/July. It's a perfectly crafted timetable IMO.
