I was wondering; why do the so-called professional and sophisticated investors ever take part in WR1's CRs, since the SP always falls below their purchase price as soon as the CR is announced (except perhaps the $2 raise in early 2023 when the SP hung around that mark for a short while). The fact is they're every bit as non-expert as the rest of us. In fact they're more foolish because most of us know the SP will inevitably fall and would never take part in a CR. Rather, if we knew for sure a CR was imminent we'd be more likely to sell!
