The company is displaying a degree of modesty, particularly given that the current gold price stands at A$5000 and continues to rise. Referring to Table 2, the Gold Price Comparison (Stage 1 Update), the PFS gold price of A$4600/oz is notably highlighted.

As of this update, the company’s valuation is just under a market capitalization of A$10 million. At a gold price of A$5000 per ounce, the NPV is estimated at A$60 million. It is apparent that some "obtuse" market participants may be selling shares at this juncture.
