I wasn't really surprised, not to say that I'm not impressed by Productora. It's living up to my expectations, which are still above the expectations of the market IMO. You don't get many exploration targets as 'de-risked' as Productora and Los Mantos very often. Hot Chili have the fortunate position of getting a 3-D view of the ore bodies before planning their drilling program because both sites have existing small scale underground operations. Furthermore, they know what to expect grade-wise from the results of the present operations.

If you take a look at how many RC holes ended in mineralisation then it's a pretty good sign that drilling the diamond tails are going to prove to be fruitful.

The IP anomaly over Productora continues along strike to the north and south so I'm optimistic that there's a bigger story to come when they drill those targets as well.

Having said that, you can have all the ducks lined up but you need good management to succeed. So far I've been very impressed by Christian's approach. He's very methodical, thorough, experienced, competent and possesses the energy for this kind of work.
