But why did the shareholder committe require Miller in the first place?
1) Was it because he was the only one who had any experience, no one on the committee has any experience nor idea about the hearing business?
2) What this strategy hatched by Miller?
Whatever the reason, NUH is far worse off without Realtek.
Its never been explained why the NUH -Realtek relationship broke down. Talking to some people including on the committee they would have you believe Realtek is the great satan. But where is their evidence? None can explain the breakdown only the after effects of the break down and all they have is hearsay based on what Miller told them. Why would one believe Miller?
